Crafted in collaboration with master distiller Crispin Cain, this sophisticated assembly hails from whiskies distilled between 2010 and 2016. A premium Rye Malt Whiskey, born in an Alembic Pot Still from Cognac, aged in charred American oak, and ultimately graced by used Cognac barrels, epitomizing our devotion to unrivaled quality and intricate flavor.

As we embark on this ongoing journey of the Captain’s Table, Batch #2 delivers a distinguished 7-Year-Old Straight Bourbon Whiskey from Distillery Master Crispin Cain. On the nose, we encounter the rich inviting aromas of butterscotch, caramel, and toffee, with a hint of sweet confections. Upon tasting, we discover butterscotch and caramel, now accompanied by the luxurious essence of buttery sweet cream. Raisins and soft citrus notes add a gentle zing, balancing the sweetness and lending the Bourbon an elegant and distinctive character. The finish concludes with the flavors of malt, vanilla, toasted grains and butter. Remarkably smooth, leaving a lasting impression on the palate.
